All three rubber beings in the video seem to be nurses; so, perhaps we are watching their daily preparation before they receive the first patient? If this is an accurate interpretation - and I believe it may be - I would guess that the queue of patients is very long indeed and the waiting time is significant. Doubtlessly, however, the patients will be indulging their anticipatory arousal as they wait - especially if they can hear the deliciously squeaky sounds of latex that escape the clinic and fill air in the waiting.
Now, I want to volunteer: if this clinic is trialling any new treatments, I gladly put myself forward as a research subject. I believe there could no clinic where the treatment is as crucial to latex life and rubber wellbeing as the one in this video.
